This amazingly fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil has just a hint of artichoke, ripe fruit, and fresh tomato on the palate. From the hills of Val d’Orcia and the Tuscan Maremma, this olive oil is clean, fresh, and sweet up front and slightly bitter and spicy on the finish. It’s delightfully versatile, pairing well with hearty vegetables and pureed soups as well as fresh salads, meats and fish. This is also the perfect olive oil for vinaigrettes and sauces. It’s great for deep frying, too.

Our top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils are rich in healthy polyphenols. Polyphenols are natural antioxidants that can help regulate insulin, protect against heart disease, even boost digestion. Only olive oils with more than 250 mg/kg of polyphenols and at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20 g can be labeled “Nutraceutical” following European Commission Regulation (432/2012).
